I started taking classes with Raena after a long hiatus from exercise. I cannot describe accurately what a joy class time has been, and how encouraging it is to take a class with Raena. The choreographies are fun and interesting and I have had a real bonus in the wealth of knowledge she has shared about overall health and fitness. I had been dealing with a very difficult Injury and Raena was encouraging and very informative, providing additional stretches to help support my recovery.
